Why We Made MidZen?

MidZen was originally created by three friends who wanted to bring more honesty, humor, and encouragement into everyday life through affirmation cards that felt real — not perfect.

The baton has been passed!

When I discovered MidZen, I immediately connected with the heart behind the brand and the reminder that life can be messy, beautiful, overwhelming, and meaningful all at once.

As MidZen enters its next chapter, I’m honored to continue growing what they started while slowly bringing my own voice, experiences, and perspective into the brand.
